We provide a high quality workplace investigation service which will ensure that the organisation can pursue a course of action which is highly compliant, consistent and credible, in conjunction with adding further value to the organisation by negating the need for precious managerial time being spent on this activity. Any Investigation delivered will be impartial, fair, structured and contain rigorous assessment of the evidence relating to an allegation or a series of allegations in detailed reports to the highest standard.

We conduct investigations for both vulnerable adult and children’s education and behavioural health providers who are responsible for specialist education, residential care, mental health services alongside the safeguarding and protection of both staff and vulnerable children. These include those service users that have been victims of child sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse, severe mental health conditions including autism and ADHD and children who have been placed into care due to neglect and various other forms of abuse.

With broad knowledge and extensive safeguarding experience, we are responsible for the management of investigations and stakeholder complaints, working closely with partner agencies including Police, Social Services, Local Authorities and Medical professionals, OFSTED and CQC to achieve the right outcome.
