HR Investigative Interviewing

Swift Edification offers investigative interviewing courses for organisations involved in investigating allegations in the workplace. The course focuses on both witness and respondents, with a range of interview skills training. Starting your journey from an ‘Introduction to Investigative Interviewing’ our experienced trainers will develop and enhance your skills in all areas and disciplines. The training is delivered by subject matter expert trainers providing a ‘real world’ learning experience.

Our courses are bespoke to the needs of the client and include:

The course utilises a range of appropriate investigative approaches to gather material, placing staff at the centre of all actions and decisions, to safely and effectively investigate allegations in the workplace with a view to achieving an appropriate outcome for that investigation. Our courses contain bespoke scenario-based assessments and role plays to enhance the learning.
